Australia Market Entry Snapshot — Board-Ready Report

Valued at A$3,420 to support a credible, responsible expansion into Australia.

What you’ll receive

 

The winner receives a free Australia Market Entry Snapshot — Board-Ready Report, including:

  • Practical entry pathways (partnering, hiring, compliance sequencing)

  • Market risks, constraints and “unknown unknowns”

  • Go-to-market options and early-stage operating considerations

  • A board-ready summary and recommended next steps

Included: one report (~20 pages) and one 30-minute debrief call
Not included: legal, tax, migration or regulated financial advice

(Examples: jobs and training, capability building, supply-chain uplift, regional development, infrastructure, clean energy/emissions reduction, health/safety/community outcomes.)

How judging works

This is a judged grant (not a random draw). Entries are assessed against:

  • Impact on Australia (45%) – specificity and relevance

  • Credibility signals (25%) – proof points selected (see form)

  • Readiness (20%) – timeframe and ability to proceed

  • Fit (10%) – alignment with what the Snapshot can assess

Feedback

The winner agrees to provide honest feedback on the usefulness of the report.
A publishable quote/case study is optional and only used with written approval.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Wilkins Consulting Australia (WcA) ABN 93844526789 of Perth WA.

2. Promotion name

WcA Australia Impact Snapshot Grant (UK) — Annual (“Promotion”).

3. Type of promotion

This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

4. Promotion period

Opens: 15 March 2026 12:00am AWST
Closes: 15 June 2026 11:59pm AWST

5. Eligibility

Entry is open to businesses that, at the time of entry:
a) are headquartered in the United Kingdom;
b) are not already trading substantially in Australia;
c) intend to evaluate expansion into Australia within 12–18 months;
d) submit entries in English; and
e) can provide requested inputs within 7 days of being notified as provisional winner (or agree an alternative prompt timetable in writing).

Ineligible entrants include: employees/contractors of the Promoter, immediate family, anyone directly involved in judging/administering, and any current WcA client engaged within the last 12 months.

6. How to enter

Eligible entrants must complete the online entry form below during the Promotion period, including:

  • a response of 50 words or fewer describing how expansion into Australia will benefit Australia;

  • business name, website, and contact details; and

  • any additional fields required by the form.

Limit: one (1) entry per business.
No fee. No purchase required.

7. Judging

a) All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter between 16–30 June 2026.
b) The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

c) Judging criteria:

  • Impact on Australia (45%)

  • Credibility (25%)

  • Readiness (20%)

  • Fit (10%)

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Australia Market Entry Snapshot — Board-Ready Report valued at A$3,420 (incl. GST if applicable).

The prize excludes legal/tax/migration advice and excludes implementation work.

9. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email within 3 business days of judging.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter may award the prize to the next highest-ranked entry.

10. Delivery and winner obligations

a) The winner must provide requested inputs (questionnaire + reasonable background documents) within 7 days of notification.
b) The report will be delivered within 5–10 business days after complete inputs are received (or as otherwise agreed in writing).

11. Feedback / testimonial

a) The winner agrees to provide honest feedback within 14 days of receiving the report.
b) Any public testimonial/quote/case study is optional and will only be used with the winner’s written approval.
c) If published, the Promoter may disclose that the report was provided free, consistent with guidance on incentivised reviews.

12. Use of entries and publicity

a) Entrants retain ownership of their entry content.
b) Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use entry content for administering and promoting the Promotion (including publishing the winning entry or an excerpt), subject to Clause 13 and excluding commercially sensitive information unless consented.

13. Privacy

a) Personal information is collected to administer the Promotion and may be disclosed to service providers assisting with administration.
b) Unless the entrant opts in, the Promoter will not use entrant details for ongoing marketing beyond the Promotion.
c) The Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize, including reliance on the report. This does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

15. Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, misleading, unlawful or in breach of these T&Cs.

16. Variation / cancellation

If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable law.

17. Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Western Australia and entrants submit to WA jurisdiction.
